Refund policy

Oz Wines Ltd works hard to ensure that all our wines or products are of high-quality and shipped on time and accurately.

First of all, if you would like to modify your order or claim about the product's quality for any reasons and request return/ replacement, please contact us at sales@ozwines.co.uk or on 01628 311899 or 0333 700 1832 and we will resolve any problems.

Order Modifications? You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 5 hours to contact us and request order modifications, so we can't always support if you want to return item because of colour/ size or and modification after that date. After 5 hours, your order will have been put into production and, usually, can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible but do contact us in such circumstances and we will do our best to help. We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we ship it out (the shipping process takes an average of 1-2 days).

When can I request a replacement item, return or refund? - To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that you are within 14 days from the day you or intended recipient received your item (/s) to request a replacement or refund. Shipping and handling fees are not always refundable.

Each wine or product has been inspected carefully before delivery but mistakes do happen and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement item(s) or returns for any of the following reasons:

The product itself is flawed. Final product is materially different than that presented on our website. The information of product is not the same as the order: ie type, size, colour.

Lastly, since your order is customised just for you, we are not responsible for returns or exchanges due to preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style of their purchase.

Damaged or incorrect product- We guarantee to issue you a free replacement or return or refund in the following situations:

  • You received a different size from what you ordered.
  • You received a different product from what you ordered.

  • Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item or the damaged area of the item.

    We only accept return of items if they meet all of following conditions: 1.Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment 2.In original condition 3. In the original packaging
