This has a succulent, juicy mid palate with vibrantly, fresh citrusy flavours that conclude with a mouth cleansing lemon sorbet-like finish. Its classic lime infused with lemon rind, apple and pear and passionfruit and enhanced by subtle spice. The citrus characters follow through to the beautifully blanced palate.
